Can we “own” our pain and find real joy? At age 17, a diving accident left Joni Eareckson a quadriplegic, confined to a wheelchair for the rest of her life. If that was not enough, in 2010, she was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer. And today, Joni lives with excruciating, unrelenting pain. She is no stranger to suffering.
