In this conversation, Michael and Kerby discuss:
- Probe Ministries
- Trends in the church: what does the data actually say?
- Why younger folks are disconnected from church & faith
- The theology of a young believer: does it mean they aren’t saved?
- Pluralism: believing salvation is possible through many routes
- Defining “tolerant”
- The role of the Bible
“Most people who are disconnected from the church aren’t hostile to it, they just mostly don’t think religion has anything to say to them. They don’t think the problems they have can find an answer in Jesus Christ.
Once you begin making connections between your life and what the Bible has to say, people are going to be drawn to that.”
