Excerpt From The Sermon
“Is Judas a pawn on God’s chessboard? He was in ultimate and complete rebellion to God. Being God’s sovereign plan, one would be the son of perdition, yet it was still rebellion against God. I do not believe that Satan can ever enter a person unless that person has a deep predisposition and involvement in rebellion. There are those who believe Satan can influence or possess a believer in Jesus Christ. I happen to not believe that. I do not believe the Holy Spirit who indwells the believer in Jesus Christ would permit a demon or an influence of Satan to occupy and enter a person in the way the New Testament seems to explain those who are occupied by the demon.”
